Treatment Technologies, LLC

Advancing Membrane Solutions

Our broad-based experience, acquired over 40 years of working with corporations of all types and sizes, has equipped us with a unique understanding of conventional membrane products and applications.

Our dedicated team of award-winning professionals are available around the clock to operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems. We deploy technical advisors and consultants (with specialist knowledge) to address challenges involving technically advanced membrane systems. In addition, we have operational specialists to resolve day-to-day issues that may arise on location. And we can place dedicated staff on-site 24/7 on a fixed-fee contract basis—all of which is underpinned by an integrated spare parts system.

Maintenance, Operations, Contracted Service & Operation Agreements

We can provide factory-trained field technicians who are skilled in routine-system maintenance, such as instrumentation calibrations and pump repairs.

We offer long-term O&M contracted services.

We perform membrane cleaning studies and membrane autopsies to determine the root cause of poor membrane system performance. And our in-house lab is equipped to quickly and efficiently run key analytical tests.

We offer long-term service agreements for our clients which include spare parts; weekly, quarterly and semiannual service visits; training refresher courses for system operators, and analytical testing services.

We can also provide remote monitoring services, membrane normalizations and computer modeling services.

Our service contracts allow us access to customer plants and industries which we can leverage to sell additional equipment and services.
